Made with small pieces of colored glass cut by hand and individually affixed in various designs, the classic Turkish mosaic lamps are still made in the traditional style in workshops around Istanbul and other parts of Turkey.  Finished with brass and embellished with traditional Ottoman motifs, the light of each lamp when lit varies based on the mosaic color and design.
